We like to encourage our dogs to maintain their natural retrieving instincts. The Golden Retriever Club of Scotland ran some Gundog Training classes in Pitlochry, our trainer was Jim Heelis, here is a selection of photos.....

It wasn't only our own Linirgor's that attended but Tina Thomas was training her Linirgor Golden Chanter aka Piper

We had Piper's mother Joy there too.

It was a very hot day when these photos were taken and the dogs loved their cool down in the river Tay

The humans had a cool down too

Joy in the lead to retrieve the dummy. Not bad going considering this was about 2 1/2 months after having a litter of 10!

Stella had a great day too.
