Just some random photos from when we have been out walking with the dogs. I'm a keen amateur photographer so I like to take my camera on a lot of the dog walks.

Even champions look goofy

Hope proving that even champions can look goofy

summer 2006 at Muiravonside

the Linirgor's like to just run.........

and run........

and run...............

and RUN!

We try and encourage the natural retrieve instinct whether it be game or just searching in the long grass for that tennis ball.

Butterfly

we even see some wildlife like this beautiful butterfly

The dogs love chasing the ball

They even bring it back!

and of course no walk for the Linirgor's is complete with out a dip in the water

And of course even when it is cold the dogs still need out for their walks

Below is a selection of photos from Gartmorn Dam and Country Park taken Sunday 3rd September '06

Gartmorn Dam

Gartmorn Dam Country Park is over 300 acres centered around the large dam which was constructed in the early eighteenth century by the 6th Earl of Mar. This is Scotland's oldest artificial reservoir.

The girls at Gartmorn

Unfortunately I couldn't take too many dogs to the dam as the dogs are not allowed to swim in the water. So this time I only took the three girls - Hope, Joy and Breagh. (the ones that would listen to me when I told them that they weren't allowed to swim today)

However Joy was very tempted to go in especially when there are all those ducks just waiting to be chased

and swans

But she was a good girl and resisted temptation.

Breagh is an easy dog to take when they are told "no swimming" as she is the only Linirgor that doesn't actually swim.

The dam is enjoyed by lots of people cyclists, walker's and of course it is a popular area for fishing.

Freya

Freya is always carrying a stick but it is usually just to show off and make the other dogs want to chase her.

Stella

Stella is by far the grottiest and always makes a B line for some water or in this case stinky ditches.

Bailey coming through the tunnel

Breagh, is the only Linirgor that doesn't swim she prefers to sit and watch.
